Online Shopping & Shipping Information

While we love seeing you in our store, we know that sometimes ordering your favorite pieces from the comfort of your own home is ideal. So, that’s why we ship our merchandise across the country. And, all our deliveries require a customer signature so that your product gets to you and only you safely.

Processing Time

Once you place an online order, you can expect to receive a confirmation email. After your request is processed, we’ll send you a second email confirming that your order is on the way. Then, your order will be shipped the following business day. We place our shipments during business hours Monday - Wednesday. Overnight shipping may be available on Thursday. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.

Shipping Addresses

Please note that Reis-Nichols shipping does NOT extend to international or P.O. box addresses. This is to ensure that your merchandise is safely shipped and received. If you are local to Indiana and don’t have a physical mailing address, we’d love to accommodate you in either of our two locations.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, with a valid receipt. Damaged items are not eligible for return. Some exclusions may apply to special orders.

For your convenience, you can request a return shipping label by emailing customerservice@email.com or by replying to your original order email. A $15 fee, plus applicable taxes, will apply for the label.
