Michael Zafiroff
Mike joined the Reis-Nichols family in 2020 as the Store Manager of The Greenwood Location. He has spent his entire adult life in jewelry, developing a personal passion for bridal, fashion, and especially watches. He has found particular joy in helping clients find the perfect piece of jewelry for their occasions and developing lifelong relationships with those clients.
Mike was born in Flint, MI, and has settled in Greenwood where his wife, Katie, was born and raised. His hometown will always have a piece of his heart, but nowhere has felt as much like home to him as Greenwood, and he can think of no better place for him and his wife to raise their boys, Miles and Wesley, and daughters Hannah and Leighton. Mike plays drums, guitar and bass; he grew up playing in bands and still plays whenever he gets the chance. He also enjoys woodworking, a skill he inherited from his father and grandfather. He serves on the boards for Greenwood Education Foundation and Autism Community Connection and is an active member and Ambassador for the chamber of commerce, Aspire Johnson County.
