Hannah Nichols-Hale

Born and raised in Indiana, and an Indiana University graduate, Hannah has been immersed in the family business since a young age, officially joining the Reis Nichols team in 2017 after moving back to Indiana from Chicago. As the Manager of Client Experience, Hannah plays a pivotal role in shaping the personalized service clients receive, and she’s also deeply involved in various aspects of the company’s operations.

With a passion for fashion and an instinctive understanding of what jewelry will resonate with Reis-Nichols’ clients, Hannah is adept at curating jewelry collections that meet local tastes and preferences. Her expertise extends to helping to create successful jewelry events and leveraging social media to connect with customers, ensuring that the latest trends and exclusive collections are always top of mind for the local community.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, Cole, and their daughter, Isabella, who was born in December 2022. The family tied the knot in their favorite place, Telluride, Colorado, in 2021. When not at Reis-Nichols, Hannah and Cole love to travel, explore new restaurant spots, and enjoy time with family and friends. A fan of friendly competition, Hannah is also known for her ping pong skills, having beaten a Colts player or two!
