Our simple, three-step process is a truly incredible experience. Seeing your ideas become a reality can be a really fun and fulfilling way to create the perfect gift or express your personal style. The Design Process
1. Imagine
Gather inspiration from pictures online, browse our custom design gallery below or make a sketch of your idea. If you don’t know where to begin, don’t worry! Our designers have decades of experience and can offer their expertise throughout the process.
2. Design
Meet with our design team for the initial consultation. There, you can share your ideas and inspiration. Our goal will be to bring your vision to life while also staying within budget. Once we’re on the same page, we’ll work up a detailed sketch of your piece.
3. Transform
After the custom design sketch is approved, we’ll create a 3D rendering using computer-aided design (CAD). This allows you to examine every side, nook and cranny of the piece. Then, we’ll create a physical wax model, so you can try it on.
4. Treasure
After the final approval, we’ll begin casting your piece using the highest quality materials and gemstones. When your jewelry is polished and shined, we’ll invite you back into the store for the big unveiling.
